What you get

A hire that shows its work.

Every agent has a name, an inbox, a standing job and a set of rules you wrote. Here is what that gets you, whatever the business.

Work arrives by email

Ask in plain English. The finished job comes back in the inbox you already read, with the file attached.

Your logins. Your tools.

It signs in with your own accounts, under your direction. Encrypted, and revocable the moment you want it gone.

Rules you can direct

Set the job, tone and boundaries together. Review how your agent works in the portal and send changes by email.

Clear usage and controls

Check included interactions and extra charges in Billing. Set the working schedule and pause your agent from the portal.

How it works

From the first brief to the next decision.

01

Tell us the job

Describe the job, the tools it involves, and what a good result looks like. For a custom build, we agree the scope and set it up with you.

From you · Sunday 9:12pm
Every Monday, go through the open invoices and tell me who actually needs a call. Not the whole ledger.
02

Connect your tools. Set the boundaries.

We connect your accounts and review the setup before your agent goes live. Your agreed rules decide what it can do and when it needs a yes.

Follow the work in your portal

Results arrive by email. In the portal, review the weekly overview, open leads, check decisions, and see the work log. Send the next brief when you are ready.

The work, illustrated

Each agent tells you what it did, not what it can do.

Arthur
Commercial real estate, Raleigh-Durham

I only bring you the ones worth a look.

Every morning I go through the listing and market-data platforms your team already subscribes to and check new multifamily listings against the buy box: 100-plus units, 1980s or newer, value-add. Most weeks that's forty or fifty new listings. I bring you three or four.

From Arthur <arthur@ambitt.agency>

212 units, Cary submarket. Built 1986, roof replaced 2019, seller motivated. Matches on every filter.

164 units, Garner. Built 1991, light value-add story, comps support a rent bump.

Storm response, roofing

I turn a hail map into a street list before lunch.

When a storm swath posts for the service area, I work out which streets are actually worth a knock: hail size, roof age, a crew that isn't already booked two streets over. Then I rank the list so nobody gets knocked twice. Anyone who says "call me later" stays on a list I follow up on my own, because that's usually where the job was going to get lost.

BBeau TannerWhenever a swath posts, just send me the addresses worth a knock. I don't need the raw map, just the list, ranked.

Top three worth a knock this morning: Meadowbrook Ct at 1.75in hail on a roof about 14 years old, Ashford Ln at 1.5in but the adjacent block's already booked, and Brookhollow Dr at 1.5in with an engaged homeowner from the last swath.

Full 42-address route is attached, ranked the same way.

Inside your workspace

The work comes to you.
The controls stay with you.

Open your web tools, work alongside your agent, and turn the way you work into instructions you approve. Your chat, files, and Playbook live together.

Your logins. Your tools.

It works inside the accounts you already pay for.

Every agent connects to your accounts the way your bank asks you to log in through a browser: encrypted, and revocable the moment you want it gone. We never ask for a password we don't need.

There are always a couple of platforms nobody formally integrates with: the listing and market-data sites your team already has a login for. An agent can work inside those directly, the same way you would: reading the screen, clicking the same buttons, under your own account.

What we won't do

  • Contact your customers without you asking first.
  • Send anything before you've approved it, until you tell us otherwise.
  • Touch a tool you haven't connected. Your logins, not ours.

FAQ

The questions everyone asks.

It works inside the tools you already use: your inbox, your CRM, your spreadsheets. It does the recurring work you'd otherwise do by hand or hire for: research, follow-ups, reports, chasing things down. It runs on a schedule or whenever you ask, and emails you the finished result.
